Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at repco.ai and the repco service (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Outsi sp. z o.o. ("repco," "we," "us," or "our"), registered in Poland at Kartuska 2, 83-334 Miechucino, KRS 0000935494, NIP PL5892069190, REGON 520550442. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
repco is an AI-powered tool that monitors public posts on social platforms (currently Reddit and LinkedIn, with X / Instagram as future additions), scores buying intent, drafts personalized messages, and — under your direction — executes actions on social platforms via your connected accounts (likes, follows, connection requests, comments, direct messages, follow-up sequences). repco operates on your behalf using authentication sessions you provide. You remain responsible for everything sent or posted from your accounts.
2. Eligibility and Account
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, provide accurate registration information and keep it current, and be authorized to bind any organization on whose behalf you create the account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@repco.ai of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription, Billing and Credits
The Service is offered on a free tier and paid subscription tiers as described at repco.ai/pricing. Pricing is in USD unless otherwise specified. Many actions in the Service consume credits — plans include a monthly credit grant, and additional credits may be purchased in packs. Credits are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value. Unused monthly grants may roll over up to a per-plan cap; details are shown in your dashboard. Pack credits remain available until consumed. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe — by providing payment information you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated below. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until the period ends. Money-back guarantee: if your paid subscription was activated within the last 14 days and you have used fewer than 25% of your monthly credit grant, contact legal@repco.ai for a full refund. Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refund within 14 days of initial purchase only. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with at least 30 days' advance notice; the change takes effect at the next renewal.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: spam, harass, impersonate, or defame any person or entity; send messages that are misleading, defamatory, harmful, or unlawful; target individuals based on protected characteristics in a discriminatory manner; send adult, gambling, MLM, illegal-substance, or fraud-related outreach; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party; attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you do not own; reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without our written consent; circumvent credit limits, daily caps, anti-ban guards, or rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Outsi sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. "repco" and the repco logo are trademarks of Outsi sp. z o.o. — you may not use them without prior written permission.
6. Your Content and Data
You retain all rights in the content, data, and configuration you submit (collectively, "Customer Data"). You grant repco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service. When the Service collects publicly available information about prospects on your behalf, you act as the data controller and repco acts as a data processor under applicable data protection laws (GDPR Article 28, equivalent regimes). You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to process such prospect data and you agree to honor data subject rights. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request at legal@repco.ai and is automatically incorporated into these Terms for paid subscribers in the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland. repco uses third-party AI models (currently Anthropic Claude) to draft messages, score signals, and execute computer-use loops. AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent, particularly for hard outbound actions (DMs, connection requests, comments, post publication). repco offers an approval queue for high-risk actions; use of approval is at your discretion but recommended.
7. Third-Party Platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn, X)
repco interacts with third-party social platforms via your authenticated session. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your activity on those platforms — including activity initiated through repco — complies with the platforms' rules. This includes Reddit Content Policy and User Agreement, LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, and equivalents for any other connected platform. Account suspension or restriction by a third-party platform is your risk. While repco implements anti-ban guards (rate limits, daily caps, account warm-up, account-health gates), we do not guarantee that your social account will not be flagged, restricted, or banned. Risk factors include but are not limited to aggressive cadence, low-quality message content, account age, prior platform history, and platform policy changes outside our control. You acknowledge that automation of certain actions on certain platforms may be against those platforms' terms of service. You assume all risk and agree that repco is not liable for any platform-imposed restrictions on your account.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors; that connected social platforms will continue to permit automation or that your account will not be flagged; or that outreach via the Service will produce any specific result, including replies, meetings, or sales.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, repco and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to repco in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct; death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud; or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; non-payment of fees; or actions that pose a risk or threat to the Service or other users. Upon termination your access ends, your account data is retained for 30 days for recovery, and is then deleted (subject to legal retention obligations). Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the courts in Poland competent for the registered seat of Outsi sp. z o.o., and you and repco consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
